Subsequently, a major drug manufacturer was placed in the crosshairs of public and governmental scrutiny, driving a significant 45% decrease in its stock price. 

ACTION

Narrative implemented a strategic approach to address this multifaceted challenge to monitor, analyze, and counteract misinformation while equipping the company to respond effectively to its detractors. 

 Proactive Media Monitoring & Analysis Narrative facilitated real-time monitoring of media and stakeholders, keeping the client updated on the activities of relevant activists and elected officials across social and traditional platforms. Identifying emerging threats like committee hearings and press interviews involving key stakeholders helped Narrative provide actionable insights that informed the company’s response.  

Strategic Collateral Deployment – Narrative, using intelligence from monitoring efforts, developed research-based messaging collateral aimed at addressing misinformation at its source and engaged select media outlets with well-timed, strategic storylines to counter detractors.
