Rich Casale

Senior Director

Rich is a public affairs and strategic relations professional with experience spanning government, international affairs, and high-level stakeholder engagement in Washington, DC, and across Europe. He specializes in building relationships with policymakers, think tanks, advocacy organizations, and issue-area experts to advance strategic objectives and navigate complex policy environments.

Most recently, Rich served as a Director at DCI Group, where he leveraged his relationships to advance stakeholder engagement, coalition-building, and external affairs strategy on behalf of Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of policy issues. Previously, he served as a Senior Transatlantic Relations Specialist at Leonardo U.S. Corporation, where he strengthened ties between U.S. institutions and European partners, particularly in Italy, while advancing strategic business development priorities across Leonardo’s U.S. subsidiaries. He also served as a Visiting Fellow and Government Relations Specialist at Associazione Guido Carli in Rome, focusing on transatlantic and European policy issues.

Rich also served as a political appointee in the first Trump Administration at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where he supported senior leadership on critical infrastructure, public-private coordination, and national security priorities. Earlier in his career, he worked in government relations at the Heritage Foundation, where he managed the organization’s Candidate Briefing Program and New Member of Congress Orientation Program, briefing more than 30 newly elected Members of Congress. Rich also served as a Congressional Staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Warren Davidson (R-OH-8).

Rich holds an MBA in International Business from LUISS University in Rome and a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in History, from Texas A&M University.
