Nick Calderon brings nearly a decade of experience in issue management and public affairs to his role. Managing an array of healthcare-based clients, Nick specializes in translating intricate public policy positions into clear, succinct messaging that resonates with clients’ key audiences.

Nick recently led the development and launch of a grassroots coalition of major employers, universities and colleges, economic development groups, and healthcare industry stakeholders seeking to reduce healthcare costs and maintain a healthy workforce in his home state of Indiana. Thanks to Nick’s strategic counsel and guidance, the organization’s launch was covered by some of the most high-profile news outlets across the state. It successfully garnered the attention of influential lawmakers, journalists, and businesses.

Before joining Narrative, Nick served as a Senior Associate at the Glen Echo Group, where he managed a diverse suite of clients—from startups and trade associations to Fortune 500 companies—that focused on a wide range of public policy issues, including FinTech, antitrust, music licensing, and broadband deployment. Outside his role with the Glen Echo Group, Nick worked in various capacities executing bipartisan communications and issue management campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels.

Nick graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications and a Minor in Spanish. Nick is a die-hard Indianapolis Colts fan living in Silver Spring, Maryland, with his wife and two daughters.
