Molly Lannon
Studio Manager
Molly Lannon is Narrative’s Studio Manager, where she brings a strong operational background and deep experience leading teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. At Narrative, she builds and manages systems for the in-house creative and marketing teams, overseeing process development, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the seamless execution of innovative campaigns.
Previously, Molly served as Deputy Political Director for the Tell It Like It Is PAC and as the Director of Media Center Operations for the 2024 Republican National Convention, where she led the planning and logistics for one of the event’s three primary media venues. Previously, she spent several years as the Director of Operations at POOLHOUSE Agency, where she developed and scaled the firm’s internal processes that powered the execution and delivery of hundreds of award-winning ads for political candidates, advocacy groups, and private companies.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a candidate for a Master’s in Logistics from the Haslam School of Business at the University of Tennessee. Outside of work, she loves spending time on the Rappahannock River with her family and lively springer spaniel.
