Meredith Isola
Managing Director
Meredith Isola is a Managing Director at Narrative Strategies, advising companies, associations, and nonprofit organizations on health policy, regulatory, and reputational matters.
She brings more than 20 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, the federal government, and global communications agencies. Prior to joining Narrative, Meredith held senior leadership roles at Servier Pharmaceuticals and within the federal government, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
Earlier in her career, Meredith built and led award-winning public affairs and public education campaigns for federal agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. Her experience includes advising senior leadership, leading stakeholder and advocacy-focused workstreams, and supporting engagement with policymakers, regulators, and other key stakeholders in highly regulated environments.
Meredith earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in Public Communications from American University.
