Madeleine Lefranc is a Strategic Communications Manager at Narrative, where she thrives on translating complex stakeholder issues into manageable insights for clients. She draws on her experience in writing and research to develop compelling narratives at the national and local levels, engaging key audiences to ensure maximum impact. Madeleine’s work spans media relations, rapid response, media monitoring, and strategic communications support across public affairs and policy campaigns.

Before joining Narrative, Madeleine worked at Bullpen Strategy Group (BSG), where she advised clients on strategic communications and policy issues across a wide range of issues. She gained experience translating complex issues for multiple audiences through op-eds, blogs, and social copy; helping coordinate client fly-ins and events; supporting earned media efforts; and developing a nationwide advocacy campaign to push state-level legislation through grassroots coalitions and targeted messaging.

Madeleine began her career in communications with a Fellowship at CLYDE, where she developed skills in public affairs, media outreach, and crisis communications.

Madeleine graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in French and Global Security Studies. In her free time, you will find her baking sourdough or taking a yoga class.
