Kirby Porterfield is a Strategic Communications Associate at Narrative, where she brings a cross-sector perspective to clients navigating complex reputational and public affairs challenges. In this role, she supports the development of written deliverables, media strategy, and communications campaigns across a range of industries.
Before joining Narrative, Kirby served as Communications and Marketing Associate at Tartan Properties in Alexandria, Virginia, where she led content strategy, drove an SEO overhaul, and developed an AI-driven content automation initiative. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade in New York City and Chicago as a professional stage actress.
Kirby graduated cum laude from Tulane University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Media and Strategic Communications at George Washington University.
