At Narrative, our people are our most valuable resource.

Jordan Davis

Managing Director

Jordan Davis is a seasoned strategist with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of policy, politics, and strategic messaging, having served in senior roles on Capitol Hill, in the private sector, and in the nonprofit space. Jordan brings that cross-sector perspective to Narrative, applying a steady and disciplined approach to complex challenges.

Before joining Narrative, Jordan served as Vice President of Communications & Programming at the Congressional Management Foundation, where he led a comprehensive organizational rebrand and modernized the communications infrastructure of the nearly 50-year-old institution. He also previously served as a Senior Director at Purple Strategies, providing integrated campaign management, message development, and strategic guidance for Fortune 100 companies, brands, and advocacy organizations.

During his tenure on Capitol Hill, Jordan served as Senior Advisor to the House Energy & Commerce Committee (E&C) during the 115th and 116th Congresses under then-Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR-2), where he oversaw the committee’s communications and coalition engagement and external affairs efforts, while advising on legislative strategy. He also served as Legislative Director and then Chief of Staff to former Representative Rick Berg (R-ND) and held multiple legislative staff roles for former Representative Thelma Drake (R-VA-2).

Jordan’s experience also includes multiple campaign cycles at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), where he served as Legislative Research Director during the historic 2010 election cycle and later founded and led the NRCC’s Policy Department as Policy Director & Communications Advisor during the 2014 and 2016 cycles.

Originally from Kentucky, Jordan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter.
