Gaby Witte
Managing Director
Gaby Witte is a Managing Director at Narrative, where she advises healthcare and life sciences clients on public affairs and communications programs that support strategic positioning, reputation management, and policy alignment. Gaby’s work centers on structuring integrated approaches that align communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement around complex regulatory, scientific, and policy considerations.
Prior to joining Narrative, Gaby was a Senior Vice President in the Health practice at Porter Novelli. There, she led large-scale, multi-year engagements for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across issues including neuroscience and Alzheimer’s disease, diagnostics adoption, and generics and biosimilars. Gaby’s role included building and managing third-party and advocacy-related workstreams, establishing operating models, and supporting external organizations in their engagement with policymakers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Gaby holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.
