Our Team Makes All The Difference

At Narrative, our people are our most valuable resource.

Emily Klein

Insights Manager

Emily Klein is an Insights Manager at Narrative, helping lead high-impact research and polling projects to deliver insights that shape strategy, messaging, and reputation outcomes for clients. Emily combines her experience in public affairs research and scholarly research to effectively design exercises and synthesize data into meaningful narratives.

Before joining Narrative, Emily helped create and run the Broadening Academia Initiative (BAI) at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. There, she conducted quantitative and qualitative research for the BAI’s foundational landscape survey and designed the mechanisms used to evaluate programs, application cycles, and the efficacy of the initiative. She also expanded on research she began as the 2022-2023 Digital Humanities Associate Fellow. Prior to her time at the Museum, she was a Research Analyst at Strategies 360, where she conducted qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-mode research on behalf of political campaigns, nonprofits, issue advocacy groups, and native corporations.

A proud Coloradan, Emily graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Studies and Minors in French and Political Science. She received her Master’s from the University of St Andrews. When she’s not in the office, she’s likely out supporting Liverpool Football Club, practicing the bass, or searching for new restaurants.
