David Pasch

Managing Director

David Pasch is a public affairs veteran with over a decade of expertise in orchestrating strategic communications campaigns across the private and public sectors. Renowned for his leadership in steering multiple high-impact public affairs initiatives, Pasch has played a pivotal role in securing significant victories for clients in some of the most prominent policy battles in recent years. His comprehensive understanding of the corporate and political landscapes helps him deliver value at every phase of a campaign’s lifecycle.

One of Pasch’s standout achievements was running a multifaceted public affairs campaign around one of the last decades’ most consequential tax policy fights. Leading a dynamic team for a major trade association and its members, he recruited and mobilized hundreds of grassroots advocates, produced compelling video testimonials, executed a targeted digital advertising strategy, and organized impactful live events nationwide. Pasch’s strategic prowess and determination culminated in a legislative triumph for his client.

Prior to his current role at Narrative, Pasch served as Executive Vice President at Targeted Victory, where he played a crucial role in establishing and expanding the firm’s corporate practice. In addition to his time in the private sector, Pasch served as Digital Director at the US Department of Health & Human Services, where he worked closely with senior White House officials to develop and implement large-scale awareness campaigns on critical healthcare, public health, and emergency preparedness issues. Previously, he served as Communications Director for US Representative Peter J. Roskam (R-IL-6), a senior Ways & Means Committee member.

Pasch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American History and Spanish from Vanderbilt University. He resides in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife, two young children, and a revolving cast of foster dogs.
