Cassie Boehm
Managing Director
Cassie Boehm serves as Managing Director at Narrative, where she brings experience from Capitol Hill, trade associations, and agency leadership to advise clients navigating complex policy environments and develop strategic initiatives that persuade key audiences and strengthen brand reputation.
In this role, Cassie specializes in public affairs, advocacy, corporate communications, and reputation management, helping clients engage and educate stakeholders, strengthen and maintain their credibility, and achieve strategic outcomes.
Cassie most recently served as Vice President and Public Affairs Practice Lead at Adfero, where she led teams and clients across multiple industries, provided counsel to Fortune 500 companies and trade associations, and oversaw practice operations.
Before her agency work, Cassie directed advocacy communications at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America. She developed and executed integrated media and stakeholder engagement strategies to support legislative and regulatory priorities at the state and federal levels.
Cassie also served as Communications Director for U.S. Representative Tom Rice (R-SC-7) and Tom Rice for Congress. She began her career in the U.S. Senate, supporting media and digital communications for Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL).
Cassie graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus in Public Relations and Advertising. She lives in Washington, DC.
