Narrative Strategies Bolsters Creative and Paid Media Capabilities, Elevates Erin Bergmeister to Managing Director, Brand Strategy

Firm Announces a Host of Promotions in its Creative Services Team, Addition of Studio Manager Molly Lannon

WASHINTON, D.C. – Narrative Strategies has announced several promotions in its creative and digital team, reflecting the significant growth of those capabilities since the firm’s Creative Services division launched in 2022. Erin Bergmeister joins Narrative’s senior leadership team with her promotion to Managing Director, Brand Strategy; Ellie O’Shei has been named Senior Design Director; Connor Gerrity has been named Senior Creative Strategist; Peyton Schaeffer has been promoted to Graphic Designer II; and Charlie Bluestein has been named Senior Paid Media Manager. In addition to the promotions, the firm also announced an expansion of the team, hiring Molly Lannon as Studio Manager.

Molly Lannon brings extensive experience in creative services, video production, and marketing to Narrative. She previously served as Director of Operations at POOLHOUSE and has additional agency experience at the Martin Agency and Dotted Line Collaborations. Molly earned a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master’s from the University of Tennessee.
