Dominique McKay is leaving the Hill to join the public affairs and communications firm Narrative Strategies as a director. She was previously press secretary for Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.), the No. 2 Senate Republican. Ken Spain, Patrick O’Connor and Ed Mullen started Narrative last year after leaving CGCN Group, the Republican lobbying and communications firm. The firm now boasts a headcount of more than a dozen.
