Abbey Lower
Director
Abbey Lower brings over a decade of experience in corporate communications and politics to Narrative Strategies.
Prior to joining Narrative, Abbey served as Regional Finance Director at the Republican National Committee (RNC), where she oversaw all major donor fundraising in the Northeast on a team that achieved record-breaking fundraising success in the 2020 presidential and 2022 midterm cycles.
Prior to her tenure with the RNC, Abbey served as Communications Director and Spokesperson for U.S. Representative Tom Reed’s (R-NY-23) successful 2018 re-election campaign. Abbey has also held corporate communications roles at PVH Corp. (parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger) and Tommy Hilfiger where she was responsible for internal, executive, and crisis communications as well as message development and branding.
Abbey graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science. She is a member of the Bucknell University Alumni Association Board of Directors, on which she served as Chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee for four years.
Abbey lives in Old Town Alexandria, VA with her husband.
