Rosemarie Calabro Tully is a Partner at Narrative, where she serves as a trusted advisor to high-profile principals from some of the most prominent Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, think tanks, and foundations, helping them develop winning strategies that advance their overarching reputational and public affairs priorities. Rosemarie also plays a pivotal role in driving the firm's overall business growth and managing day-to-day operations, as well as personnel, to deliver premium support to our clients.
With nearly two decades of experience and deep roots within the energy and healthcare sectors, Rosemarie guides organizations through complex stakeholder environments, shaping high-stakes narratives and building enduring reputations with policymakers, media, and the general public.
Before helping to launch the firm in 2019, Rosemarie spent nearly a decade in the U.S. Senate, where she helped lead the press shop for Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) as Ranking Member on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee, including during the first bipartisan, energy conference committee negotiations in nearly a decade.
She also served as Director of Federal Communications and Public Affairs at the National Biodiesel Board, where she executed communications strategies for four successful trade cases, and as Press Secretary at the Bipartisan Policy Center. Rosemarie began her career with former Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-NM).
Rosemarie earned bachelor’s degrees from Georgetown University in Government and Spanish. She is a licensed attorney with a law degree from the Columbus School of Law and was selected to serve on the Catholic University Law Review while a student. Rosemarie resides in her home state of Maryland with her husband and son.
