Mia “Mimi” Mitchell is an Employee Morale Specialist at Narrative Strategies, where she oversees and strengthens team engagement. She specializes in improving employee well-being and maintaining the overall office culture. Part of the founding team of Narrative Strategies, Mia has an open door policy to ensure that she has time to meet with each team member when needed. She frequently sits in on staff meetings to supervise workflow and optimize staff bandwidth.
Prior to helping establish Narrative Strategies, Mia served as a full-time Community Coordinator with the city of Washington D.C. and as the Lead Officer for Capitol Hill’s Squirrel Patrol Unit. She continues to volunteer with the city on a part-time basis.
