Matt Quier

Senior Paid Media Manager

Matt Quier helps lead paid media strategy and execution as a Senior Paid Media Manager on the Narrative team, assisting clients in designing, deploying, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive measurable performance and support broader communications objectives. With expertise in audience targeting, platform strategy, and performance analysis, Matt delivers data-informed insights that sharpen campaign effectiveness and advance client objectives. 

Before joining Narrative, Matt developed and managed digital advertising campaigns across a range of sectors, with a focus on integrating paid media into broader narrative strategies and amplifying message reach for nonprofit and commercial brands such as the Michael J. Fox Foundation, American Kidney Fund, the National 9/11 Memorial & Museum, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Climate Power, UNHCR, League of Women Voters, and the 988 Suicide Prevention Hotline. 

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Champlain College. Matt approaches media planning with both analytical rigor and strategic creativity to ensure alignment between tactical performance and long-term narrative impact. 

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time outside with his wife and two dogs.
