Katie Kinsella
Director of HR Compliance
Katie Kinsella is the Director of HR Compliance for Narrative. In this role, Katie develops and manages the organization’s HR function and performance. Katie has spent her career managing HR operations across multiple countries and various M&A projects.
Prior to joining Narrative, Katie was the director of HR at FCP, managing director for global HR at FrontierView, and worked for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Dickstein Shapiro LLP, and APCO Worldwide.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University.
