Jack Turman
Strategic Communications Manager
Jack Turman leverages his media background to advance clients’ strategic communications goals, incorporating meticulous research into messaging strategies. Jack’s previous work as a reporter equipped him to assist clients in optimizing their communication strategies to gain traction among stakeholders, including legislative members, media outlets, and the public.
Jack takes an entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach to his work at Narrative. He recently prepared and prepped a client for a contentious congressional hearing that resulted in favorable coverage in a hostile environment.
Before joining Narrative, Jack was a Digital Reporter and Producer for CBS News, covering the US Senate. In this role, Jack reported on the January 6 insurrection, former President Donald Trump’s second impeachment trial, and various policy debates. Prior to covering the Senate, Jack was a CBS News Digital Campaign Reporter and Producer embedded with several Democratic presidential campaigns.
Jack graduated from the University of Michigan with a Political Science and Communications Studies BA. He also earned a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is a die-hard Michigan Wolverines fan and a suffering Tottenham Hotspur fan.
