With seven years of experience, she has become a career and personnel management expert. Elizabeth is adept at problem-solving and takes an assertive approach in her role, demonstrating her dexterity.
Elizabeth joined the Narrative team after spending several years working on Capitol Hill. In this capacity, she honed her skills as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff for US Senator Tom Carper (D-DE). Her dedication to her work and team speaks volumes about her professionalism and commitment.
Her career has been marked by an unwavering commitment to advocating for employees’ growth, conducting reviews, and facilitating regular meetings with a keen attention to detail. She takes a compassionate and logical approach to managing personnel.
Elizabeth graduated from Iona College in 2016 with a BA in Mass Communications and a minor in Speech Communications. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys baking and indulging in episodes of Law and Order: SVU.
