Chris Ullman is a Senior Advisor at Narrative, as well as an author, inspirational speaker, and champion whistler with 36 years of experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. He previously served as Director of Global Communications at The Carlyle Group, led communications at the White House Budget Office, ran the public affairs office at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and was spokesman for the U.S House Budget Committee.
Ullman founded Ullman Communications in 2018, a strategic advisory firm that counsels CEOs and executives across a range of industries on corporate communications strategy, brand development, crisis management, reputation management, and internal communications. He continues to lead his firm in addition to providing strategic counsel at Narrative.
Chris earned his B.A. in political science from Binghamton University and is a four-time international whistling champion. He is the author of Find Your Whistle: Simple Gifts Touch Hearts and Change Lives and the forthcoming Four Billionaires and a Parking Attendant: Success Strategies of the Wealthy, Powerful, and Just Plain Wise.
