One of the highlights of the Narrative Offsite was the opportunity to learn from our own team members at all levels. Our diverse and talented workforce is a treasure trove of knowledge, and this event allowed us to tap into that expertise. We had the privilege of hosting a spotlight session with our Senior Advisor, Chris Ullman. Guest Speaker: Nate Pettit
In addition to learning from our internal experts, we were honored to hear from Nate Pettit, Associate Professor of Management & Organizations at NYU Stern School of Business. Nate brought a unique perspective to the Offsite, sharing his knowledge and research on management and organizational dynamics. His presentation challenged our thinking and encouraged us to embrace new approaches and strategies.
