Washington, D.C. – Narrative Strategies announced today the addition of Hanna Beckman and Rich Casale as Senior Directors. Beckman previously served as a Vice President at Porter Novelli, managing global and strategic communications for pharmaceutical companies. Casale served as a Director at DCI Group, where he led stakeholder engagement and coalition-building efforts for clients across a range of public policy issues, with experience navigating both domestic and international matters.

Beckman brings a depth of agency knowledge to Narrative, with nearly a decade of experience at Porter Novelli, where she most recently served as a vice president, and Zeno Group, where she was a senior account executive. She brings deep experience in healthcare communications, specializing in disease awareness, patient advocacy, thought leadership, media relations, and content strategy. Beckman graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and psychology.
Before his role at DCI Group, Casale supported Leonardo U.S. Corporation’s geostrategic relations department, strengthening ties between U.S. institutions and European partners. His expertise spans government, international affairs, and high-level stakeholder engagement. He was previously a visiting fellow at the Guido Carli Association, an Italian economic policy think tank. Casale was also an advisor for infrastructure security at the Department of Homeland Security and worked in congressional and executive branch relations at the Heritage Foundation. Casale also served as a congressional staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Warren Davidson (OH-8). He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Luiss Business School in Rome.
