New York, NY – Narrative Strategies announced today the continued expansion of its New York office. The firm added senior-level public affairs professionals, including former maslansky+partners Director Christina Cameron and former Treasury Department and Commerce Department Official Jessica Stallone, both of whom joined as Senior Directors. Additionally, Narrative added Senior Manager Luca Rucci from Sloane & Company, while Strategic Communications Manager Zazni Swope-Becker, Senior Associate Em-J Krigsman, and Graphic Design Specialist Annie Bentley have relocated from the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
“As we keep expanding our New York footprint, continuing to attract top talent with a proven track record of providing strategic insight and executing at the highest levels is our top priority," said Narrative CEO and Founding Partner Ken Spain. “Christina’s background advising Fortune 100 clients, national political figures, and producing for a top-rated broadcast media outlet offers a blend of expertise that clients need in today’s complex media environment. Jessica brings a wealth of experience, having served at both the Treasury and Commerce Departments, at a time when issues related to finance, trade, and AI are top of mind for business leaders. Both will be tremendous assets and immediate, high-impact players.”
Cameron brings deep expertise in media operations and strategic messaging to Narrative. Prior to maslansky+partners, she was Director of Media Operations for House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and served on McCarthy’s communications team for over five years during his tenure as Majority Leader, Minority Leader, and Speaker of the House. She began her career in Washington, D.C., working on the assignment desk and as a production assistant at Fox News Channel.
Stallone brings more than a decade of senior government and public affairs experience, most recently serving in the Biden administration as Senior Spokesperson at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Director of Public Affairs for the Bureau of Industry and Security within the U.S. Department of Commerce. She previously served as the Anti-Defamation League's Deputy Chief of Staff. She began her career at ABC News, where she received two Emmy Awards and four Edward R. Murrow awards for her coverage of high-profile special events and breaking news.
Rucci joins Narrative after serving as a Senior Manager at Sloane & Company, where he managed integrated communications programs spanning media relations, investor relations, and crisis support for high-profile clients.
The group joins an office launched in September 2025 and led by Managing Directors Caleb Barnhart and Graham Newhall. These additions reflect Narrative’s continued commitment to providing existing clients with strategic guidance and expertise and expanding into new sectors and markets.
