Connor Gerrity Joins Creative Team as Production Coordinator; Kendall Chapman Joins as Associate
Washington, D.C. – Narrative Strategies announced today that experienced Capitol Hill communicator Dominique McKay has returned to Narrative Strategies as Senior Director. McKay rejoins the firm after serving as Communications Director for U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC). Narrative also announced that Connor Gerrity joins its recently launched creative services division as a Production Coordinator, and Kendall Chapman joins as a Strategic Communications Associate.

Dominque McKay served as Senator Scott’s Communications Director since 2021. She first came to Narrative in 2020 from the Office of the Senate Majority Whip John Thune (R-SD), where she served as deputy communications director. Prior to joining the Whip’s office, McKay was Press Secretary for the Senate Republican Conference Committee under Senator Thune. She also worked for the House Committee on Education and the Workforce and U.S. Senator James Inhofe (R-OK). McKay earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in communications from Liberty University.
Connor Gerrity has experience in graphic design, web development, and marketing communications. He previously interned at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, NBCUniversal, and RE3 Media. Gerrity graduated from the Catholic University of America with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Kendall Chapman joins Narrative after interning at the Brand Guild, a Washington, DC- and New York-based marketing agency. She previously interned for U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and U.S. Representative Ben Cline (R-VA-06). Chapman graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in communication.
