Peyton Schaeffer Joins as Graphic Designer as the Firm Reaches Milestone of 25 New Hires Announced This Year
Washington, D.C. – Narrative Strategies announced today the expansion of its creative services division with the hiring of Ellie O’Shei as Head of Design. O’Shei is a seasoned graphic design professional with years of experience developing data-infused creative design strategies. Narrative also announced the addition of Peyton Schaeffer, who joins the firm as a Graphic Designer.

Ellie O’Shei arrives at Narrative with a wealth of creative services experiences. Most recently, O’Shei served as Director of Creative Strategy at Targeted Victory, where she developed custom design tactics based on clients’ specific creative needs and messaging objectives. Before Targeted Victory, O’Shei served as Deputy Creative Director for the Republican National Committee, where she managed a team of graphic designers, providing creative guidance and overseeing the development of multifaceted collateral. O’Shei earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a major in History from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
Peyton Schaeffer comes to Narrative as a Graphic Designer after interning for the Biden Administration’s Executive Office of the President, where she worked within the Office of Administration’s Design Communication Services. There, she worked directly with Administration personnel to help craft new design styles for internal and external deliverables – including reports and official documents. Schaeffer holds a bachelor’s degree from Savannah College of Art and Design.
